Jenel Phillips is an experienced organizational leader and strategic communications professional specializing in executive operations, strategic coordination, organizational communication, and leadership alignment. With more than sixteen years of experience across private enterprise, government, and institutional environments, she helps leaders transform priorities and decisions into clear, coordinated action.
Her professional expertise lies at the intersection of leadership, communication, and organizational structure. Jenel has extensive experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, establishing effective leadership processes, preparing executive-level materials, managing complex projects, and helping teams maintain clarity and alignment during periods of transition and growth.
Her career includes senior operational leadership in the private sector, as well as experience in government and ecclesial environments. As Chief of Staff and Executive Operations Lead for the Archdiocese of Port of Spain, she supported strategic initiatives across the Archdiocese, coordinating leadership planning, executive reporting, budgets, fundraising, operational logistics, and communication among clergy, religious leadership, parish teams, and diocesan departments.
